As I mentioned on my ‘3 Hot Interior Collabs Right Now’ post, everyone is collaborating at the moment and here’s another one for you. Clinique have teamed up with the King of Palm Springs interior styling, Jonathan Adler. The result is a veritable feast for the eyes and for your make-up bag. Adler has sprinkled his happy chic style onto a limited collection of mini decorative treasures that are so pretty they’re practically collectible.
Adler started out as a potter (not that his tutor encouraged him), evolving into the hugely successful and glamourous designer and author he is today, with some 30 stores in his native USA and one here in Notting Hill.
His passion for porcelain is evident in his beautiful collection of vases, bowls and decorative urns that capture his skill and irreverent take on luxury.
Inspired by his favourite places; Capri, Santorini and Palm Beach, the Clinique packaging echoes his signature interior style, and is so iconic worthy I think there’ll be a generation growing up who’ll say they stole it from their mother’s cabinets.
“Good design has the power to transform your mood,” says Adler in reference to the collection which includes a decorative version of the best selling Clinique Sonic cleansing brush (how I wish I didn’t already own one), a make-up brush collection and Clinique Pop™ lipsticks to make you ‘glowing and glamourous’.
The collection will be available at clinique.co.uk from 7th July 2017, and in-store from 18th August.
